Transportation
The town’s proximity to the airport at Nice makes it very accessible from almost anywhere on the globe. From Nice there are a number of connections to Beaulieu, such as buses and trains, or if you plan on exploring the surroundings, a rental car.
Get in
By plane
Nice Airport is the closest major airport and one of the busiest in France, with frequent daily flights to Paris and to most major cities in Europe, as well New York, Atlanta, a number of destinations in North Africa and the Middle East. Arrival and departure in good weather often provides beautiful views of the French Riviera.
By train
Beaulieu-sur-Mer has a train station, enabling passengers to travel up to Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Grasse to the west, and to Menton and Vintimille to the east. Trains connect Beaulieu with Nice, Monaco, and the rest of the Cote d’Azur.
By bus
Bus no. 100 leaves Nice every 15 minutes during the day and stops at Beaulieu-sur-Mer (20 min.). Tickets cost 1.30€. Three bus lines operated by the blue line network, are put into service. One of them has its terminus in the city. The other two link Nice to Menton and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat through the city in several stops.
By car
The city is bisected by the road 98, the main axis of movement between Menton and Toulon. Most visitors drive from Nice on the Moyenne Corniche or the coastal highway.
Get around
You can easily get around the town by walking. If you want to explore the area there are a number of buses that will take you to the nearby towns with many stops along the way. The best way to explore the area however is by driving yourself.
